The Getting Pregnant Bible – A Review

Everyone knows that there are tons of ebooks out there on the web that promise spectacular results when it comes to getting pregnant using their methods.

For those women out there who are trying to get pregnant, here is your review of The Getting Pregnant Bible.

In the Getting Pregnant Bible, women and men will find information that is greatly useful when they are trying to conceive.

The unique thing about the book is that there is a section for men which deal with specific things that men can do to help with fertility and the whole process in general.

The book dealt with issues such as how to eat healthier, losing weight, checking out for hazards that can lessen your sperm count or cause injuries in your workplace avoiding x-rays and other potentially harmful machines and tests that can cause your sperm count to drop.

The vast majority of the book is for Women and you will learn more than you ever thought went into getting pregnant.

There are sections in this book that cover everything from ovulation to eating to humour to symptoms that you will have.

Issues relating to medications that can help your ovulation get back to normal after you have been on the pill, signs that you are ovulating, how to use a basal body thermometer to help check, and keep track of, ovulation, where to start if you find you are having problems with getting pregnant, healthy diet tips and much more. These are just a few of the things you will find in the 108-page.

In the Getting Pregnant Bible, women will be able to see all of the different things that they need to do and avoid, before, during and after they get pregnant.

Another interesting thing about this book is that there is a special section on fertility treatments that will help you discuss this with your doctor and your husband, as well as how to find a doctor and information on the different types of fertility treatments that are out there.

So, for those women out there that are trying to get pregnant, I would recommend that you check out the Getting Pregnant Bible for yourself and use the information that is presented in the book.

Things To Avoid If You Want To Get Pregnant.

What we eat has an impact on our bodies especially when trying to conceive. There are certain foods to avoid while trying to get pregnant.

These are some of the things to avoid if you want to get pregnant.

Avoid smoking like a plaque. Smoking has been linked with infertility in women and men. It can decrease sperm count in men and increase the number of abnormal sperms.

Stay away from alcohol. It will affect both you and your partner. Drinking alcohol can reduce your fertility by half. Research has shown that drinking alcohol causes a decrease in sperm count, a lower proportion of motile sperm and also inhibits the body’s absorption of nutrients.

Another thing to avoid is Caffeine. It is not only found in coffee but is present in black tea, soft drinks such as colas, chocolate and certain painkillers. Drinking just one cup of coffee daily can decrease your fertility and halve chances of conceiving in some women. Caffeine also affects the quality and quantity of sperm in men.

Avoid soybeans and foods that contain soy. Oestrogen that is present in soybeans can lead to a hormone imbalance which could in turn affect the production of egg and ovulation. It is also important to avoid meats high in saturated fats as these can stimulate production of oestrogen.

You must not consume peanut butter as well as spinach as they deplete the level of calcium in the body which is essential for the development of the baby.

Refrain from taking soda, sugary foods and drinks as it can lead to decrease in blood.
